About Vincent J. Barbera

Vincent graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1978 and the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1981. He was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania the same year. Vincent was also admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the 3rd, 4th, and Federal Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals.

His areas of concentration include civil trial, personal injury, business litigation, eminent domain, contracts, corporations, environmental, workers’ compensation, product liability, and real estate litigation. Vincent is a proud member and past president of the Somerset County Bar Association, a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice (formerly American Trial Lawyers Association).
